The crew (Patrick, Chunks, Nestor and Jose) did a great job replacing my swamp cooler. Worked fast and left no trace. When they discovered that my old thermostat was the wrong voltage, they called in one of their own electricians to install a new one - no extra charge. My Moms Swamp Cooler was not cooling. I was able to schedule an appointment the very next day and early am. My mother was very pleased as was I with the prompt service, professionalism, and outstanding Customer Service we received. Thank you so much to Michael Santillanes and Josh you guys fixed the issue (not cooling) immediately. I will definitely recommend Big Bear Mechanical and use them in the future for maintenance.
