So far my experience with Duke City communication has been borderline. Right after installation AC was not cooling the house evenly; unfortunately Duke City left without checking its operation... Still trying to solve this headache. After almost a month of emails they said its the first time they are hearing about this problem. There was another issue initially with condenser hoses/wires not being sealed properly on the roof. I'm glad they were able to fix this one! I'll update my review depending which way this goes. Update: Property management have not heard anything from Duke city - no communication, no emails... I have received complaints from tenants that AC is still not working properly. Service: A/C system repair

Duke City Heating & Cooling did a fantastic job in relocating some Cat5e cabling to a dedicated junction box. Cabling was moved, box was installed and a dedicated 100v circuit was run to the junction box as well. The service techs were on time and super helpful in walking me through the process. They were extremely knowledgeable and did a great job. I would highly recommend Duke City for anything electrical or HVAC related. Thank you Duke City!
