        Wow. I have never ever been told by a one-man business that they didn't want my business. She is argumentative and told me that she didn't want to cancel appointments for me- why would I ask her to do that?! She told me to find someone else because I asked if she was available this coming weekend. I can't believe she has customers- did I not get the secret code or something?

        If you want household cleaning without drama, this service is not for you.   Moreover, even if you want drama involving household staff, I would rather recommend watching Downton Abbey.
