I'm pretty disappointed with this company because the lack of professionalism they displayed. I contacted Molly Maids on March 27th, 2023 for a move out cleaning. I explained to Claudia that I only had one day to move out and asked if Saturdays were available. Claudia stated that they do do Saturdays on some occasions and asked the date that I would be needing. I told her Saturday May 20th. She checked her calendar and said they would be available that day. She also provided me with cost and other details about my appointment along with an arrival time. I felt relieved because I could not find another service with that date available. As the 20th is approaching (4 days) I received a call from Claudia stating that they are not working that weekend after all and I need to reschedule. How can I reschedule when I originally told her that I had ONE day to move??? That was a BIG fail on their end and they left me hanging!!!! That does not give me enough time to find anyone else. This has completely ruined my week. Never again would I contact this company for anything! After this appointment I was going to hire them to do monthly cleanings but not anymore. CLAUDIA, YOU ARE SO WRONG FOR THIS AND MOLLY MAIDS NEEDS TO DO BETTER! Service: Moving-related cleaning

Bianka is very polite and is always a pleasure to work with. Anytime Molly Maid has come to the house they do such a great job !
