State serve medical was quick to deliver on the initial order, but every order after that including failed equipment replacement of my husband's oxygen machine took six or more hours up to weeks! They are awful! Six hours or more to replace life saving equipment is unacceptable! My husband on hospice with 4th stage COPD has gone without oxygen because of this! Unacceptable, horrible I wish Hospice would get a different company already!

Today StateServ delivered a hospital bed to my father-in-laws home. the delivery person Valentin was very courteous, polite, and patiently explained all the functions of the bed as he set it up. We found StateServ to be a 5 star operation!

This company is the biggest joke going. Been waiting since 6pm for the bed to be delivered for my father who is on hospice, at 7pm I called and was told no later than 9:30pm. I called at 10:15pm was told the driver did not pick up his phone. My father has been wanting to go to bed since 6:30pm. Now it is 10:30pm and no bed. I am ready to go ballistic. I wish we could give negative start rating as this company would get negative 100.

Worst service ever. We waited 3 hours for my dying mother in law medical bed, we called for an update, the girl answered and said the delivery driver called, and the family declined service this Thanksgiving night! Seriously?! Than she hung up on us. Sad, I want to know what happens if she doesn't make it through the night? I'm so heartbroken for our family. There was no compassion or honesty.
