image This company was one of the best decisions I have ever made for my Mom. Our hospice nurse Katrina was so caring, kind, helpful and compassionate. Our home health aide Erika was tremendous with Mom, and I felt so fortunate they were both there with us when Mom passed. I can't imagine going through that process without them. I was surprised with the different services Corus offers to their patients and family members. Thank you Kassandra and Elizabeth for your guidance.
Thank you Medicare for providing Hospice. What a wonderful service.

image Worst possible experience for 'home health care'. First denied that we were their patient. Had a nurse hang up on me when I tried to get help with an IV infusion. Would promise that someone was going to call to set up post op visit, but post op visit didn't happen until 5 days after the surgery. Then, the person they sent wasn't the nurse to take blood draw or change dressings, that's someone else who also didn't show up. She was just there to take down information and keep us quiet for another day. Promised we were on the schedule for the next day (today) and we were not.
They loved telling us we were wrong and must be fibbing about our assignment to their services, even though we have paperwork and documentation to show that we were, in fact, assigned to them and someone was to come out the day after surgery. No help to get anything solved.
Could barely get prescriptions refilled because...no blood tests had been taken. Pick line is due for a dressing change, well I guess we would have had to wait for that, too. When I asked again today when someone was coming they actually said that they were waiting to see how many days they would be paid for before they would be putting him on the schedule. Everyone waiting for them to perform and only after words were exchanged did anyone say someone was coming.
By that time, we had no trust in this group at all to do anything. I would walk to the hospital before I would let them into my house, let alone take care of anyone.
We are making other arrangements.

image There pt and ot people are horrible. The nurse was good for what she does. There scheduling staff needs a lot of help..I'm a 300 lb man and can't walk. I need a bed bath man 2 times a week. They stopped him. They said I don't need help.there whole outfit needs a lot of help.
