        I have been attempting to contact Ms. Lisa Saiz and the Las Cruces NM and the Albuquerque office are not allowing me to speak to Ms. Saiz to file my formal complaint regarding employee Cheryl. So, I have decided to file my complaint with Adult Protective Svcs.

        YOU DONT CARE LILY (owner) Shes a rude lady and 3vil. Im tired of them taking so long for the food and snack and being so disorganized all the time. The owner named Lillian is very rude to everyone, even my mom who did nothing to her. Their whole company needs to be shut down NOW after they have been giving me the wrong medication doses that gave me seizures and took me back to the hospital. SHUT IT DOWN ALBUQUERQUE NOW. They have no structure for activities or getting somewhere in life and they need to be SHUT DOWN!!!!

        We care agency transport department are not worth the trouble. NEVER choose WE CARE. THEY ARE NOT CONSISTENT AT ALL PERIOD. THEY ARE BASED HERE IN ALBUQUERQUE AND STILL THEY WITH 1 CENT. IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENTS CHOOSE ADAPTIVE TRANSPORT OR MEDICARE TRANS. THEY ALWAYS ARE ON IT.
