This is not the community I am currently living in, but I wanted to write a review as a cautionary note for potential home buyers in this next community. Pulte will cut corners and do everything they can to not honor the warranty. Yes these houses are visually appealing, but the craftsmanship will be rushed. Be diligent with your walkthroughs and persistent these items get addressed. We have lived in our home less than 5 years and the entire ceiling in our kitchen is cracking due to poor work. A leak was cause for one of the cracks and it was demeaning trying to get Pulte to honor the roof warranty. Once the leak was fixed, we were told from Rebecca Beck that we are responsible for the drywall. The remaining cracks in the ceiling are due to poor construction and oversight from Pulte. Truly a shame.
