Avoid this company at all costs. We hired them in November for a kitchen remodel. They have not provided any itemized accounting on billing, and have overcharged us by more than $8,000. They have not responded about a refund other than to come back with invented charges for work that was not done. The quality of the work is deeply upsetting. The floor tile is uneven, with holes in the grout at the threshold. They damaged the countertops we had purchased and were unable to install them evenly. To top it off, they used unlicensed workers for electrical and plumbing work. The refrigerator water supply is coming out hot rather than cold. After 11 days since notifying them of the accounting errors, theyve done nothing to address any of these issues. We emailed the company saying we needed the overcharges refunded and the poor work corrected; they responded saying after several hours of scrutinizing our invoiceswe found many mistakes that need to be addressedIm sorry that it didnt happen in a timeframe that was suitable for your delicate constitution. Were still waiting.
