Super helpful staff, great experience with this ProSource location. I had a cabinet order that was small but very logistically complicated and Robert H. patiently helped me get it sorted out despite it being a small dollar purchase. Excellent customer service!

They do have some good deals going on in there. I bought some stuff from them and they provide a high quality service. Theyve worked with my concerns. Carla, Kiefer, Shawn and Robert are professionals and fantastic at what they do. I hope they continue to help people with their projects.

The people that work here are rude, insensitive and completely unsympathetic. All they care about is profit. They didn't seem to care that they have almost no hours for people that hold a 9-5. They told me that if I needed to buy tile I should just take the day off and it wasn't their problem. They won't do stock checks on Saturday and again, they weren't sympathetic about this problem. They were not clear about the conditions of purchase and that returns weren't possible even for a restock fee. They said my order would arrive in a few weeks and it took about a year. Buyer beware! I don't recommend this company to anyone. This has never been a matter of what the company can and can't do. It's a matter of the fact that the people that work their have no customer service skills and don't care that decisions impact real people. They just don't have any empathy.
