Have eaten there three times. That are now accepting counter orders want you to use a kiosk in the store not all items are on the kiosk. The staff were very rude and not very helpful all three visits. Last visit a gentleman wanted a pizza which is on their nenu in store but not on kiosk. When gentleman went up to counter and called them the yelled at him to use the kiosk. He replied its not on kiosk. They yelled back wait then came out with pizza in a couple of minutes. Obviously not hard to make. They continued to yell at that customer and another having issues with kiosk. Finally said they were short handed and working seven days a week. May be the case if so company needs to hire more workers. At the very least they need to correct this bad behavior. I will personally not be going to this location any more. That should help with overworked employees

I could not get the guys name that took my order, however he did have a beard and glasses. He was very grumpy and when I pulled up to the drive through i was greeted with a grumpy voice with the exact words "can I help you?" And then after I ordered he asked is that it? I pulled up to the window and he just seemed mad and was just tossing stuff around. ... Food was good thou.

Absolutely avoid this place after 7pm. Multiple times Ive been to the drive thru and have heard excuses that range from we dropped the beef in the ground its going to be 30 minutes. to sorry our system is down were not serving

Next time someone orders nachos and the chips are empty , dont be lazy. Refill them. Dont give them crumbs from the bottom of the bag.

The app and the website says they close at 12. But I got here at 2315 02/15/2022 and they were already closed. Someone should update the hours with whatever the new hours are.
