Dr. Yvonne Denise Vanarsdale-Imani, MD was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything she was doing and got me over my fear of going to doctor. Would recommend her to anyone great doctor now I will keep up with my health very thankful to have found her.

My partner had an appointment at 1:30 we been sitting in waiting room theres absolutely no staff in this building its empty and doors are unlocked

Never answers or returns calls. Was randomly closed during my scheduled appointment with no explanation. Do not use this doctor they are extremely unresponsive and unprofessional.

My son was seen here a couple of times. Our wait time was well over an hour. The music they play in the front is so loud, you cant even hear what the person in the front is saying. She refuses to fill medication without an appointment, but waiting for over an hour just to be seen, isnt worth it. Seems like she double books herself to get as many patients in as she can. She stays with her patients for less than 10 minutes. Most of the time youre there, youre waiting. The waiting room chairs are busted and extremely uncomfortable. I ended up waiting in my car while my son was seen. It was freezing in the waiting room as well. I wonder how she stays in business as well seeing all these one star reviews. Please treat your patients better and respect their time. I had to miss work just to wait for my son to be seen. I havent taken my son back and I never plan to. Do better.

Call for directions, I ended up way out in Rio Rancho... they changed locations long ago.
