Dr. Ortiz Care has always made me feel that I was in safe hands. He has been my doctor for 30 years. He saved my life! His bedside manner is above and beyond. He makes sure I have everything I need and well taken care of before I leave his office. I highly recommend him. On the other hand " some" not all of his staff could do a better job with their attitude. Work on your bedside manner, ladies, especially front staff. Smile It makes for a better work environment. Other than that Dr. Ortiz is one of the best PCP's in the state of New Mexico.

Dr. Ortiz has been my Dr. since he was at the South Valley location. We love him. He is very attentive, great nature, explains everything in detail. 5 stars

He is amazing! Very kind, listens, and has always helped me out with minor to major medical needs. I live in Rio Rancho and I switched to a nearby doctor and changed back quickly! He's the best!

I was waiting on a apt to see a surgeon For three months and they sent me to the wrong place I have called several times and have not had any call backs its been 21days at this point I know nothing about anything because they dont call back I went in a few months ago and my pain level was excruciating the worst pain in my life and he said there is nothing he can do he said he wishes he had a magic wand and sent me on my way another dr saw me was very concerned about my wellbeing and immediately gave me a prescription that helped with the pain so i quess the other dr had a magic wond still waiting for Dr Ortiz to call me........
