        Mountain View family medicine is located on a nice corner and very convenient space and clean waiting rooms. But not such a nice experience, I was greeted by a rude receptionist , I was informed I was the last patient of the day but experienced very long wait times for NP Totter. While In the room I could hear foul language, running up and down the halls and then a long appointment after waiting 15 minutes in the room for a 30 min appointment. I was pleased with the care but not so happy with the unprofessionalism . I have been a patient for a while but don’t know if I’ll be returning
