We were very impressed with the staff from the front of the store to the back. The staff explained all the repairs that were completed and showed us also what was done. Best customer service ever. We will continue using Highland Rent All and will be sharing our experience and highly recommending this company.

My father-in-law and I rented several tables for our garage sale. These guys made it easy. They loaded all the tables and unloaded them when we return them. Big shout out to Melissa, Ray, Rick and Gilbert. You guys are the reason we keep coming back for all that we need.

I rented a swamp cooler for my company party pick it up on Friday try to use it on Saturday it did work only for 30 minutes and the gfi on the extension cord keep popping off the equipment never worked. Returned it on Monday and the lady in front was the rudest person I ever meet for customer service she said..I will call you after we check the unit.. she called and after I told her if your equipment did not work and I need a refund she just drop the call and I did call her back she did not want to pick up the phone.. if you need equipment there is a better rental places than this one I will never rent anything from them.. and I just hope the old lady learners some manners and be professional running a business.
