        Business has very poor communication, including quoting a price when item is dropped off and doubling the price when the item is completed. Theyve lost my trust completely.

      Hi my amazing customer,We believe we mention the zippers on both side will be the price we quoted for each. Miscommunication might happen in our case but we dont believe we deserve a one star without getting it figured out. Let alone our seamstress decides the price of the alteration, our job as cleaners to make sure everything is done correctly and charged accordingly.
