A month ago I would have given this location a 4 or 5 rating. And actually on quality of work I would still give them 4 stars. Its the gentleman behind the counter that is causing me to look for another dry cleaners. Every time I take in ladies cotton buttonup shirts he argues w me about how to clean them. For over 7 years I have always requested they be laundered with light starch instead of dry cleaned. I have never had a problem other than a couple of buttons being damaged. The reason is Two fold: One: I get a lot of makeup transfer on my collars and have to pretreat w a stain remover and scrub them before taking to the cleaners (when using stain remover they can not dry clean then) and two: its more expensive to dry clean. It was never a problem (except they charge more for women shirts than they do mens ..hmmmm, discrimination?) until this gentleman started working at the Los Ranchos location. I am tired of arguing with him every Week when I drop off shirts and now he argues with me even when I pick them up. Its just not worth it. Update edit: 09/26/22 I guess I need to change my review because the current employees are very respectful and pleasant to customers. The gentleman from my previous review no longer works for Star Bright Cleaners. I am again using Star Bright Cleaners and pleased with the results.

They literally put a hanger sized hole in a brand new shirt of mine, when something was said about it, they claimed it must of came in that way. I tried to use them because they were closer to my house, bad decision will never use them again and will tell everyone that asks not to use them Services: Laundry wash & fold, Clothes pressing
