Dr. Darcy C. Cooke, MD

I have been a patient of Lovelace Womens Hospital for close to 30 years and a patient of Darcys for about 5 years. (My previous doctors have retired.) The practice has always been good but just keeps getting better. I feel that Darcy and the other practitioners are extremely knowledgeable and caring. They take time to talk with you and explain issues and treatments. I always feel well cared for. I trust their expertise and I feel very confident in them. I highly recommend Darcy and her colleagues.

The visit itself was good I was able to meet with Darcy Who answered all my questions. She also made arrangements for me to see other doctors who could help me with some of the issues I was experiencing. The only thing that was rather confusing was when I originally arrived and went to the office there was a sign which directed me back to the entrance of the hospital to check in. I did this followed everyones instructions and did as instructed which was to return to the office where someone will come out and help me. When the nurse came out she had to go back to the hospital entrance and get the paperwork no one ever handed me then we went back so that I could meet with Darcy. About 10 minutes later the nurse returned and apologized because the people at the check-in gave her someone elses paperwork for me. A visit that shouldve taken 15 minutes took 45 minutes
