*Update*: Such a fast response! I am very grateful that I received such a kind and quick response from the owners. I already see the pending refund on my card. Mistakes happen and now that I'm not hangry anymore I had to change my rating from 1 star to 5. Well done! The food is excellent and the customer service when I was there was exceptional. I will give it another try soon. I placed an order online at their webpage on 12/22/22 to be picked up on Friday 12/23/22 for me and 2 coworkers. My card was charged immediately, I received a confirmation email and a confirmation text message. When I walked over there to pick up my food, I found the place dark and locked up. I've had a sandwich there before and it was very good, but now I have to go through the hassle of getting my money back and I have no food for today. Very sad.

Today, I ordered a pulled pork sandwich but no pork! No problem though, beef was available and it was excellent! I actually prefer beef when it comes to BBQ, this worked out well . Instead of chips I chose to have fresh garden salad with fig vinaigrette, also excellent. Thanks NMS, you fixed me right up. I ate the salad and half the sandwich already when I realized I had not taken a picture.

Some of the best sandwiches I've had in Albuquerque. The Dirty Bird is a must, with thick sliced turkey and excellent medium hot chile.

I have had Almost everything on their menu. Definitely WON'T Disappoint! Not a bad breakfast or sandwich on the menu.
