The hygienist Jonathan was the best Ive ever seen I have major anxiety at the dentist and he knew how to speak and explain things so that I felt at ease. Also he was thorough - felt all smooth and clean teeth and not painful All the other staff I interacted with were so kind - this is my new location for dental needs!

They say they are a pediatric/family clinic, but when the new dentist said he could help my daughter but wanted to get the ok to use sedation, the office lady came in and was VERY rude. Mike in the front is also ALWAYS up to cancel your appointment last minute and blame it on you for not completing paperwork even when youve called to tell them their online system isnt working. This is a very $$$ hungry and low customer service area. I went and needed Invisalign or the pressures on my teeth would make them all fall out! Ive already had braces and I wanted a bite guard. Nope - only Invisalign MIGHT help, but maybe wouldnt. My husband has ONE slightly crooked tooth in his perfect mouth and he ABSOLUTELY. MUST. HAVE. INVISALIGN or it would fall out!!!! Both of our appointments were sales pitches. The cleaning was ONLY used to sell us Invisalign. When we both said no, they were like, bite guard, maybe sone other appointment. Go back, only Invisalign will save you!!! Weve been to dentists regularly for our whole lives, in 2 states and 2 different countries and this is the FIRST time we find out that we are doomed without Invisalign? Diabolical! Whole family went here and they have one new dentist that impressed me, but he was ushered out by the office tyrant and we were basically commanded to go elsewhere. This is a sensory unfriendly environment. Awful staff. I intend to report them to my insurance and potentially to the state board.
