image Very disappointed with this office, I had 2 bridges done here, they promised me they would last a lifetime. And I now moved out of state went to my dental visit out here and now its only been 3yrs and both are failing. The quality of work that was done shows. Plus they refuse to talk to me to try and resolve the issue. Dont waste your time here. Money hungry business, I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. My next step is filing a report with the board of dentistry!

We offered to help if you come in, even though the bridges involved are outside the warranty period by over a year. We committed to you and your care throughout as we do with any patient within reason (and even beyond in some cases). Speaking of our commitment, your bridge was changed at least five times to address your color concerns (normally this is no more than one time). We still graciously offered to help if you simply come into the office despite being out of warranty. Your answer is to make no effort to come in (by claiming to be out of state), to demand refund for an out of warranty product based on your word alone, and to complain. Your demands go beyond anything reasonable.

image I went to better smiles dentistry the place was dirty and disorganized never finished my implants and the cost jumped up overnight check them out first had a bad experience with them .)lyle I signed a paper of consent to work on my mouth nothing about payment you know the deal you made with my son for your commercials your a lier that letter you sent me tells it all you backed out of the deal you stuck me in the middle and now I am paying the price with no teeth.!!!

Peter – We know you are upset about the bill you have received, however we diligently worked to financially accommodate you. For five months, no payment was made. Our office provides patients a treatment plan that details amounts due, payment arrangements, etc. before starting treatment. In your case, you reviewed and signed the treatment plan provided...so, you were fully aware of the cost of the treatment at the beginning. With dental implants, there is healing time and multiple visits involved in the phased treatment planning and payment arrangements. Our office policy is that patients need to keep their account current between phases of their treatment and finalize their account at the end of treatment.

image Excellent!!! Modern and Progressive. Best Dental experience I have received. I also appreciate they use white porcelain on fillings. I also found out the do same day crowns, and are the only one in the state that do.

The real facts are 1) Your insurance never paid anything (they stiffed you), 2) We tried to work with you offering payments and discounts, 3) You ignored everything for 6 months, and the bill remains. Your issue is your insurance pure and simple.

image please do not go here!!! before you read my experience please scroll down and look at the way they respond to their customers its so unprofessional and whether these customers are mad about the service or just being petty and writing a bad review in any business, you should never respond that way theyre just so unprofessional I hate writing bad reviews but I just wanna warn everybody that this place As far as like fixing your teeth and filling cavities, is the worst place to go theres A Chinese doctor that did my feelings and was just super rough. He looked like he hated his job and my cavities that he filled were so uneven. I had to go redo them somewhere else. He left my cavity open and didnt fill it all the way the front desk staff is super friendly, I just really wouldnt recommend placed to anybody

Mr./Ms. Morales -- We tried to get ahold of you to address your concern, however we have no record of anyone with your name coming to our office, and we cannot reach you. Our office has a high standard of care, and we always tell patients if they have sensitivity/pain/concerns after treatment to contact us directly. We understand some patients experience sensitivity after dental fillings and we strive to alleviate those sensitivities. All of our doctors/providers/employees are U.S. Citizens, and there is no Chinese doctor in our office. We respect all of our patients no matter their race, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, etc.
