A very sloppy sandwich. They didn't give me any napkins, I needed a bunch. They slathered the mayonnaise on, made sure to put so much vinegar and oil to make the sandwich soggy. I had the Italian. Not much flavor past the mustard and peppers. Subway tastes better, and is cheaper.

Always puts subway to shame, get extra napkins because if you get it Mikes Way Its going to be juicy, very clean excellent customer service

Sandwiches were made perfect but the service I received when I went to pick up my online order, horrible. I stood at the online pick up for about 5 minutes before the employee acknowledged me and so rudely gave me my order. It just seems the employees are not happy here. Just say Hi! How are you today and how can we help you!? That would have it 5 stars all the way. Just coming from someone whos been working customer service for 30 years.
