Despite addressing concerns about a teacher's behavior, the issue resurfaced shortly after. Overall, the daycare falls short in terms of professionalism and friendliness, with the director and office staff displaying a dismissive attitude towards questions and concerns.

        Our family loves KA. As parents, we appreciate the safe open classroom environments. The staff is kind and patient. Our youngest toddler has grown and flourished through her time at the academy. Our oldest toddler attended as a little one and was welcomed back as a 5 year old for summer care. She loves how the staff remembers her and says hello each time we drop off her sister. There is a special connection between the staff and children, which builds trust and comfort.
