2. I have been a loyal customer of Ulta for years and years until today,
3. NEVER EVER go to Jacqueline at the hair salon at this store. She is lazy, unprofessional and unbelievably rude.
4. Matthew has no business being a manager with his atrocious customer service skills.
Background: I made an appointment for my daughter to get her hair cut (takes what, 20-30 minutes?) before going back to school and less than an hour before (with my husband and daughter en route to the salon), Jacqueline called me to say simply, I wont have time to cut your daughters hair today because Im too busy with other clients. I asked if she could work my daughter in it was literally just a quick trim and she said no and offered no solutions, but somehow manage to have serious attitude despite the fact that she called with no notice to cancel on me (???). Then she transferred me to her manager (Matthew) who proceeded to tell me the same thing and when I asked what solutions he could offer, he said my solution was to call back and make another appointment.
Normally I wouldnt be so furious over such a seemingly small and insignificant interaction. For some reason, I hit my limit with stupid people in this town at this moment, on this day. And I am SO OVER IT.
