My appointment here was such a let down. I paid $90 for someone to basically tell me things I could Google and hand me a paper of good options of things to eat. I specifically called before making the appointment to make sure that someone I spoke to in an appointment would be well versed on thyroid issues and Hashimotos and coming up with a plan as to what foods may trigger flare ups or what foods may aid in managing thyroid issues. Any question I asked about the thyroid specifically was met with ummmm, theres not much research and more answers that felt like she was camping to just try and glaze over my questions because she didnt know. SUCH a waste of money and time. I would never recommend this place.

I called about an important matter concerning my Daughter and the receptionist who answered basically ignored everything I said after she found out my Daughters insurance wasnt acceptable. Its really horrible to know that this is the only thing that matters to them. They sent me to a voicemail that didnt have an option to leave one then didnt answer my phone calls after that!!!! Absolutely disgusting. Zero stars. Would Not Recommend

Felt like I have had to chase them down. I give up. No one responds back to your emails unless you keep calling. Eventually they respond and then ask you a question or request additional information, which I will answer or send right away like literally same day response from me. Which still gets me zero communication going forward. Dont waste your time.
