Not a customer but their equipment is far from being clean and road safe. Concrete truck on I-40 west bound toward Albuquerque, spinning wet concrete and every time they hit a bump, dry concrete is flying off the bottom of the undercarriage, up to 10 inch pieces hitting and bouncing off all vehicles that pass it or driving driving behind it. Driver did not seem to care about the safety of others on the road not to mention damage being caused.

First and foremost, I never bought gravel from this company so I can't comment on their gravel services, but on a professional level these guys are horrible. I was driving home one day. One of their trucks was driving without the cover on. He had rocks flying everywhere hitting my truck. I moved out of the way as quick as I could, but it was too late. My windshield was cracked in three separate places. I immediately took pictures of the truck with the cover not on, I also pulled over and looked at the damage. I immediately talked to the company a guy named Ted. Ted wasn't very helpful at all. He told me to file a claim with my insurance company which I thought was crazy being that they are driving without covers, breaking windows all over town and being totally irresponsible. I called back today to talk to management, they put me on the phone with a man named Mike Weiss. Talk about being totally unprofessional, and management. All he said was "there's nothing I could do for you call your insurance company". I explained to him that the windshield was less than a month old and brand new and his driver was driving without the cover which makes them liable. He did not want to hear it. He actually just hung up on me, and when I called him back his secretary answered and said he was out of the office. All I could say is WOW. This company is so unprofessional. They don't even want to take care of stuff for people when they are liable. I can imagine what happens when a customer is not happy with their gravel services they probably will tell them it's not our issue. I was born and raised the South valley. I always like to keep my business in the South valley, but in the future for all my gravel needs I will not be using these guys. It's obvious from their reviews, they don't care too much about customers and what they think. BAD BUISNESS.
