Michael was referred to me by a trusted business owner. I needed someone who was not only willing to work on our computer/connectivity issues, but explain the process to me in a way that allowed me to understand the problems we were facing with hopes of being able to solve issues in the future. Michael did stellar work for our company for many years. He established and maintained our disaster recovery plan, provided reliable remote access, maintained/upgraded a network of 50 plus PCs and multiple rack servers. These devices included Linux and PC operating systems as well as virtual machines. We were a small company and couldn't justify a full-time system administrator, but Michael was extremely responsive whenever problems arose.
