Stopped by the Starbucks on San Mateo next to kiva juice to get an ice coffee that iv been craving all day. The person took my order super quick and I pulled around one person in front of me at the window and it took 10 min to get her one drink done and it was a small I pull up and pay for my drink and the lady at the window walks away 8 min later a young man in short shorts asks what Im waiting on I told him the iced americano they take the espresso shots that have been sitting there for god knows how long and finished my drink in less than a min and hand me my drink and walk away!!! No hey would you like a straw/ napkins? And can you see the ice in my coffee? Not very happy at all

This is a good place to visit with friends. The staff are always pleasant.
