Starbucks

The coffee on the left is the coffee I was given , I asked for oat milk the young man blatantly lied to my face and told me it was corrected that it was in fact not milk but oat milk . I am now very sick because I am Vegan and have been for years . We went to a different Starbucks to compare and you can clearly see the difference .

Five people in the store waiting outside for 5 minutes waiting for my coffee that I ordered ahead of time and so are the drive-up windows I understand there training people but we should still be helping other people

Walk up window closed. Here’s a tip; don’t allow mobile orders if your walk up is closed. And due to “getting robbed too much”…..in the NE heights? Okay. I’m not waiting in a 10-15 minute line to get a mobile order. People use mobile orders to save time. Worst experience ever, quit hiring lazy baristas. You have 6-7 baristas working a drive through only, comical. Refused to give me my order I already paid for through the walk up, insisting I wait in the drive through line to get my mobile order.
