Ross Dress for Less

This deserves less than 1 star! The worst service I have ever went through. I had to buy my 13 year old son sweats and I was going back and forth to find either the adult size or size 16 for my son and since I was going back and forth talking to my daughter minding my own business, I was told I needed to leave because I was being suspicious and that they have seen me? Yet show me no cmaras no proof?? And humiliating in front of the store customers !!!!!!! Never been to through such an experience and will never come back DIVINE JUSTICE FOR THIS !!!!!!! all the other ross stores are Great ended up going to TJ Max and bought 5 sweats for him more than $100

This was my first AND last time in this store. They chose to profile me. Followed me up and down the store. I work retail. There was someone else of my race/ethnicity in the store but chose to follow me. I will NOT be back!!

How sad Im standing there, holding a jacket Im interested in while looking at boxer briefs, and the security guard comes up to me and says hello and then from that moment on starts following me throughout the store. Then when I talk to the associate, she says, yeah he picks and chooses who he does that too and I say well when he does that to the only guy in the store looking like me and makes it seem like Im being profiled. You have security cameras and three people in the store as prevention. You dont need to follow people around the store who may look suspicious to you.
