Worst Customer service, if you dont want to work with people dont. I tried selling my AUTHENTIC coach purse and they said we could authenticate it the male was very friendly and the female butted her head in to say ITS FAKE in front of a line of customers. Every time I go into this location in particular they are really rude and completely clique-ish. Treating customers the way they do is unacceptable.

Although my clothes weren't taken by them, at least I understand that they have protocol and can't take certain items. Especially for when it comes to people literally having dirty diapers inside 3-4 bags of clothes. Absolutely disgusting for expecting the managers or workers or anything to touch your rank clothing. You guys handled everything professionally. I applaud you.

In order to get good, quality, professional people you must train them well and pay them a decent wage. Obviously, the owner doesn't care about how the employees treat their customers and do not offer a fair price for quality items. There are many other consignment stores in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho.Shop and consignment there. If a person can't be treated in a respectful and courteous manner why subject yourself to this treatment. Shop somewhere else.

We went on 3/2/2024 @ 1:30pm.We never got greeted.we stood in line to try on some clothes.Myself and daughters plus three other ladies.They saw us waiting not one associate came to see if we needed a fitting room. All of sudden a associate came with a young girl and mom they got a fitting room right away.after we were in line for ten minutes.Never said word to us after he let them in to try some clothes.When we check out they look miserable and once again not a word.These associate need to get retrained.So customers feel welcome and comfortable to shop.
