        This place is great if you want the most basic adjustment that could easily be done at home. The best part is you'll be ajusted by the most unexperienced prtend dr. It's supet quick they will spend almost 3 whole minutes adjusting you. If you're into giving money away for nothing this place is perfect for you.

        My boyfriend came here paid for 4 visits and only used 2 visits then he was charged for over 10 months unknowingly and the would not refund anything this place is a ripoff!!!

        As a nurse I strongly suggest you stay clear of this business! Unsanitary, and horrible customer service! I went in to cancel my plan October 2022. They convinced me to put my account on a freeze where I would not be charged for 3 months, I agreed and signed the freeze contract in person at the Louisiana location. They still charged me for the last 2 months. I called to request a refund and they are claiming my account was never put on a freeze and had no proof of any contract signed. The woman who answered was argumentative and kept telling me to "listen" and then still asked if I would like to put my account on a freeze for an additional 3 months. Why would I do that when they continue to charge you and claim there is no proof. Such a scam! Horrible customer service, would not recommend to my worst enemy. Additionally, my first visit to the east side location on Wyoming, the chiropractor wore leather gloves and I broke out in a horrible painful rash and could not go in again the entire month I paid for.

        Dr. Hoberg is an exceptional provider here! She listened to my issues sympathetically and helped me feel leagues better in about 20 minutes. She was also able to figure out the root of my pain far faster than previous providers Ive had and treated it effectively. It was my first time to the Joint and I was a bit apprehensive at the beginning, but Dr. Hoberg assuaged my anxieties and gave me great care, specifically targeting my problem areas. Many thanks to Dr. Hoberg for her empathy and chiropractic care!

      Hi Yvette,We regret any misunderstanding about your boyfriend's plan, as we work very hard to clearly explains all of the policies to our patients in order to avoid a situation such as this. Since your boyfriend's name is not provided, we are unfortunately unable to find him in the system. We ask that either you or your boyfriend give us a call or email for the best way for management to get in touch. When possible, we always try to do what we can to make things right with our valued patients.That said, our Wellness Plan gives patients 4 adjustments a month for only $79 - our best deal on regular care. Per our membership agreement, his plan has a 2 month minimum that then continues month to month until he requests cancellation and turns in the proper form. All patients who choose to take advantage of one our plans agrees to all terms of the plan in writing before commencement of any billing. Those agreements clearly state how the plan works, how it is billed, our refund policy, and our cancellation policy.We will work to ensure transparency with our plans and hope that you will give us the opportunity to resolve the situation with your boyfriend.
