They don't accept cash which in it self is already ridiculous. But on top of that they let you order over the phone but don't mention that they don't accept cash

Very rude. Whoever hired the 2 pass poor little girls that are working the front on Oct 17, 2022 in the morning needs to retrain them or get fired himself. They are extremely rude and cursed and laughed at our party. People like this are trash and we will ne er order from a Wingsrop ever again.

Wings were undercooked. My husband got sick from the wings. Manager never called me back when I requested a refund. Got the run around from staff instead. Will never go back there.

I hate to give this location such a poor rating, however, the quality of the food has gone down significantly since it opened. I scheduled for my food to be pick up at 7:30, however, I got there at 7:20 and my food was sitting out already. Once I got home, (half miles away) I opened up my food, it was cold and soggy already, even though I asked for extra cooking time, the wings sauce werent tossed but pour on later. Dont ever order your food ahead of time, they will just cook it early and let it sit there and get cold.
