Great company. First time filing with this company and I couldnt be happier. They were quick and efficient with my emails as well as filing my taxes. Also, great customer service, I will definitely be using them again next year!

Update 03/18/2024. Thank you! I appreciate the reply. Currently I have been working with another CPA firm and I am quite happy with their professionalism and integrity. I hired Burgmair in 2022. The experience was extremely unprofessional. My tax prep was started the last day. The link I was sent to review the info never worked. I was sent one page of paperwork in an email. My social security did not match the numbers in any of the documents I had submitted to them. *I want to point out that payment was made in full to the staff. I was being rushed to approve it so they can send the return that day. I decided to file an extension with the IRS, however the staff had file an extension without notifying me and they denied filing anything with IRS. I never received any document of what was sent to the IRS without my approval. I had to let go of this company and after month of debating I decided against filing a complaint with the board if accounting. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO HIRE THIS COMPANY WITH ANYTHING INVOLVING TAXES & IRS. Please go beyond reviews online and ask to see the credentials and licenses of the team members that will be working on your case and check with authority body if these credentials are valid. Please do not send full payment until proof of work has been submitted to you. All of these sound common sense but I feel for the scam.

I've been using Burgmaier & Associates for everything from my books, taxes and my payroll for several years now. I have a tax planning meeting with Eric at least once a year and a review before filing. If I ever run into any problems he and/or his team always respond and help.
