Came to get phone switch and the guy asked where I got them from not his business where I get them from and told me that he couldn't help me switch the phone line to different that's customer service. That's guy needs to learn costomer service skills

I came in this evening because the screen on my phone quit working. I was told that they dont do insurance or warranty but they would sell me a new phone, if I paid the broken one off first. I went to the T-Mobile and Assurance websites and talked with thier representatives. Both of them told me that I needed to go into the store to do a warranty exchange, and the T-Mobile rep told me that if I wanted to purchase an upgraded phone from what I have, that I would not need to pay the other one off first. Im hoping to have a better experience at another store.

Few are helpful but some seem to hate their job

Very unprofessional. Used curse words , showed aggression. Tried talking me out of a purchase. Insinuated I was committing fraud , up to the store manager level, who didnt even speak to me directly. One employee spoke to me while eating chips , and cursed during conversation. Im sure its on video and needs to be seen . Ugly
