Get service took longer to get the part in that I needed to fix my phone

My screen broke and instead of fixing it, they fixed the battery and now half my screen doesnt work and the battery gets hot. Also as of May 27, 2022, they have not answered my calls for 3 WEEKS

My mother went to this place to fix her phone because her front screen had shattered well she paid full amount which was very expensive and not only that during the process of them repairing my mother front screen on the phone they cracked the back of the phone while repairing her front screen and told her she can pay for them to fix that as well after they were at fault for the damage that is ridiculous! I highly DON'T recommend this place especially for elderly!!!!!

This place was great. I was traveling, got to the point where my phone's USB-C port just wouldn't charge... It was diagnosed and fixed within 15 minutes, and the whole thing cost me $43. Works like a charm. Fast, polite, expert, highest recommendation.
