Came to this location when switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Ive been with T Mobile for 2 years now, and recently upgraded mine and my sisters phone. I am not in NM due to military obligations - but ordered my sisters phone to be picked up at this location. Jacob was extremely helpful in assisting me with what we needed to do to ensure she could pick up the phone without any hiccups. It was such a nice relief having someone as friendly and knowledgeable as Jacob, takes one thing off my to do list!

I have been a T-Mobile customer for years. I went into the T-Mobile at 2200 Louisiana Blvd. NE. yesterday the uptown location and their manager was having a bad day and this man thought he was going to put his hands on me so if you are T-Mobile customer stay out of the T-Mobile on Louisiana in the uptown shopping center he was trying to charge me $282 to upgrade my phone when I asked him to let me see the bill he got irate because he was trying to rip me off and he wanted his commission I left there went to another T-Mobile to upgrade and paid $99 walking out the door. The man got mad because I wouldnt let him rip me off, you should never have to think that a T-Mobile employee is going to get violent or in your face I was trying to leave the store and this man was so irate he couldnt even even get my receipt. It took him three attempts to walk back to his office to come back with the receipt because he was so angry and in my face. So good luck with T-Mobile

Worthless manager and staff. Went in to buy a watch and they had no idea what promotions were available. After they finally figured out what they had and I purchased but I will order off line in the future. Terrible customer service.

I am avoiding this store from now on. My experience switching from Verizon to T Mobile has been a nightmare. It's taken half a dozen calls to online T Mobile support to fix what this store messed up. 1) My new watch lines were having esim issues because the store tied them to the wrong numbers. Our new phones wouldn't work because their lines were suspended for some reason. Took 3 hours one night on phone support to solve. 2) For our trade in device all the information from T Mobile stated to bring the phone into the store within 30 says, however the store employees failed to mention you can't bring it into the store at all and have to ship it out yourself. 3) The employee at this store set us up for autopay but failed to mention that discounted rates don't apply to credit card auto pay. My first bills were inflated and cost more than we were promised until we were able to make the correction. 4) They don't tell you that there are a ton of hoops to receive the virtual mastercard rebates for changing providers. Once our rebates were approved, there is a website to redeem the cards, which doesn't work. Now I have to call a number to try to get my rebates. I wouldn't ever have received them if I didn't call 611 to ask about how the heck to get my rebate cards. 5) The employees closed the store 10 minutes early when I stopped by to resolve issues on my way home from work. The doors were locked and gates up, and the next morning the employee lied to me stating they were there and that they definitely didn't close before closing time. I have proof that I arrived within their operating hours. Overall this store gave a first impression of amazing deals and customer service, which quickly faded to incompetency and rudeness by the time they made their sales.
