        Terrible customer service. Very non responsive when contacted. I have warranty wirk that I have been waiting on for over 2 months. I had to send 2 emails a week apart to get a curt resopnse from Melissa of No I don't have any information on when your door will be repaired. THAT IS A COMPLETELY NON ACCEPTABLE AMSWER. Monday I plan to contact the corporate office to see what can be done. My sliding door is my ONLY way out of my house if I have a fire and I CAN NOT open the door. I DO NOT recommend dealing with this company.
