Called and asked if they had Trex and if so what kind, answer was yes we carry it, you have to come look. I get there today, and ask at the desk where is your trex. They say you have to go out in the yard to find it. I go out there. No one around, I have to walk the length of 3 football fields to find someone sitting down in a hidden area, who didn't even know what Trex was, he walked me another 3 football fields to see the same things I saw. Finally I told him, ask someone, I had a hip surgery and need to know where the Trex is. I finally make it to the trex, and it's 4 boards. That's it. All 1 color. All the time and trouble I went too, and they totally wasted my entire day, hurt my hip from walking in a destroyed lot with things laying everywhere, lakes of water had to be walked around. Why can't you keep an online inventory? Why can't you have knowledgeable people who know what you have? Why did I go there and feel like I needed a paycheck. Won't be back.
