        I've gone to this place 4 times & I won't be back again. The people behind the counter are usually friendly, but all 3 of my first visits they made my drink wrong. Like, they gave me a completely different drink than what i ordered on my receipt. The 1st & 2nd times they fixed the drink, the 3rd time I didn't even bother asking them to fix it because it's clear this is a constant issue. Today was my last straw, when I went in and asked for a drink off their "specialties" menu. The girl at the counter didn't know what I was talking about and didn't explain that they don't offer the drink, didn't ask the other workers for help, and didn't make any suggestions as to what I could try instead. The tea is good and authentic & the crystal boba is delicious, which is why I got a punch card & kept coming back. But the service and inaccurate menus have turned me off for good. What good is a massive menu if you don't have the items on it OR know how to make a drink correctly?
