We could not have had a better experience, everyone was so kind and patient with us. We were listened to, not rushed, given such helpful advice but most definitely advised to pick the dress that was just right for our wedding and venue. It was the perfect combo of feeling so excited but well taken care of. Thank you beautiful staff, I love knowing that customer service of this level still exists in a warm boutique environment. So this mother daughter duo was absolutely lovely do work with. I found the most beautiful dress that matched what I felt like was me. Its really silly but after trying a few dresses I had the this is it moment and I honestly wasn't expecting to have that feeling. I love my dress.

11 years ago I bought my wedding dress with Darlene, she was the best! On my wedding day, they forgot to give me the stickies for my shoulders so the straps wouldnt move. Darlene brought them to me while we were taking pictures between the ceremony and reception! Yesterday I went back to look for a First Communion dress for my daughter, Darlene and her daughter were so nice and helpful! Cant say enough good things about Darlene and Desiree!

Bridal Elegance is the best shop in Albuquerque! I tried on several dresses at other places but had no luck. Upon walking in and showing my inspiration photo the first dress she pulled ended up being THE ONE! It fit perfectly! I also bought a beautiful vale! No where in Albuquerque had as good quality dresses as BRIDAL ELEGANCE. If you are thinking about shopping somewhere else dont do it. They have the best quality fabric and better quality zippers than some shops that were more in price. They are fast, easy to work with, and have a great eye for getting a beautiful dress!

Darlene and Desiree are wonderful!!! I ordered my Mother of the Bride dress from them, and had a great experience! The selection of dresses and their expertise are second to none. I appreciate everything they did to help me find a beautiful, flattering dress and know I will look and feel my best on the big day!
