        I havent been to a barber in years but I started to grow my hair out and its getting out of hand so I Google where the closest barber shop is and this one came up. I pull up, walk in and I ask do you take walk ins? And all I get is sorry bro, no, appointment only. Theres no signage on the door to indicate this and the barber didnt tell me how to schedule and appointment. Ill spend my money someplace else. This is why small business fails.
