It's been 3 days trying to open an account with this location. Apparently you need 17 forms of ID, it takes week over an hour with the 1 employee working there. Then with you need to speak to the bank mgr., forget it! She's as rude as the day is long!

Been a Wells Fargo client since 2010, and very sad to see the deterioration of service in this branch. The new manager has no clue about customer service and says she hates working at this location! I'll avoid dealing with this FAILURE but I'll contact Delaware & San Francisco Head offices, so that they know another branch is up for shutting down

They are so slow here I look in the window and they are all standing around talking or eating at the window very unprofessional !!

Tellers are rude. I was the only customer in the lobby yet I had to clear my throat so that my presence would even be acknowledged, it was as if I was completely invisible. The only reason I was there in the first place was to cash a small check that Wells Fargo sent me as compensation for enrolling me in, and charging me for a program I did not consent to. This is why I don't trust this institution with my money. I decided to cash the little check there because it was almost 5:00 and it was closer than my credit union. The teller couldn't even mutter a thank you or have a nice day, just handed me the cash and didn't say one word. Customer service is non existent.
