The employees don't want to work there. Simple, been there for over 20 years and the staff hates there life .Until there off the clock. Just dropped them today for laziness

After I stood around the tellers desk for half an hour starting at 2:07 the manager wanted to give me a loan app to bring back tomorrow or some other time (which I declined to do) as I live 20 miles away, because it was too late in the day to process at 2 p.m. 2 hours seems like enough time to make me feel just a little tiny bit important, the lobby doesn't close until 4 o'clock it seems like this branch has gone downhill since the previous manager was promoted every time I go in it's full of new people that I don't know and more neglectful after being a client since 2000 I'm truly upset at this new bank of America attitude why can't you keep any long term tellers anymore maybe there's a connection 07/01/2020I'm moving to state employees credit union where a person answers the phone and you get a results oriented approach instead of the shuffle which has become century banks mode of operation over the last couple of years

My partner and I attempted to open a reppayee account. We were homeless at that time so it took a while to get the 'extra account' When we were Finally in the area again this week. We stopped by to reopen the needed account. We proceed to give the clerk the exact paperwork we were told to return with. The clerk went 'outside to greet her and they stood RIGHT Next the The door! Mocking and making fun of us, because it took to long to return. They stood there making fun of us. Like gossip and clicke behavior. EXTREMELY UNETHICAL.. Talks down to people. Spreading your financial status as the but if a tackles joke?? Did it make Your day berrer? Cause you really made me lose more hope from humanity

If you are considering banking with century bank I recommend you do your research and find a better bank . I took my small business there in hopes Of growing a great relationship and having the perks of a local business bank. My first year there I tried to get established and was told I was not in business long enough to try back in a year so I did. I worked hard to prove myself and went back to see Sandra who made it very clear she didnt want to do business with me . She knew I was trying to grow and expand and left my paperwork on her desk for a month. After multiple calls and e mails she finally reached out and said even though she saw potential the answer was still no . I was forced to bank elsewhere and realized how bank should not treat their customers . I visited the bank many times only to have unhappy faces dealing with me. Trina acted like it was a pain in her day each time I went in for something and Wanda the bank manager isnt kind at all. Its like they do not want a female in the bank. I learned that when I went with my business partner and they struck up conversation with him asking about his kids, sports and they even told him to have a good day. I never got that. When Covid hit I knew I had to start planning for my small business since times were uncertain. I wanted to be prepared and put a plan into action. On the website Century said they were here for us and to take advantage of the help they were offering all their great customers. I thought this would be the perfect time to apply for another loan because I now have a few years steady banking with them, fantastic business and personal credit and now hold three accounts with them. I reached out and was told again that they werent willing to give my business any help. I closed two of my accounts and decided to just keep the one account . After four months of fighting the pandemic and my business greatly being affected by it I was in and out of work along with my employees things got shuffled up and I got NSF fees. I tried to go into the bank and Trina was checking temps outside. She checked my temperature and said you cant come in your a point over . She quickly turned away and asked the next customer what they needed. I just left and decided to look on the century bank website to see if they were still offering help. The website says they are here to help with NSF and other things that Covid May have impacted. I called and was told my account needed approval for this. I got a call from Wanda who was not friendly again saying this was from March were not offering help anymore. I said the website says Covid relief Im asking for some relief. She said no, and you closed your other accounts here when Covid started so I can give you relief and I will reverse one NSF . I asked for another contact and she gave me Jeff Sabith at the regional office (Santa fe ) . I explained to him how I was treated at the bank. How I have had the run around and I felt I was never given room to grow with his bank and the women were always just rude . He really didnt ask questions or even ask the name of my business and just said, Oh ok, I will reverse four is that enough ? I told him I would bring my account current and close it . He said great I will let Wanda know . I have waisted the past few years trying to establish with a bank who could care less . If your looking to invest or grow this is not the place . They simply dont care . Take your business elsewhere !
