        I wish I could leave no stars. I am going to be closing my accounts with this bank. They take over a week to clear funds from my employer, theyre rude and not helpful with any issues that come up and the app they use constantly crashes or has problems. Their customer service takes hours or days to get back to you. I have several accounts at other banks and will be moving all my accounts to one of the other banks I use.

        Literally the worst bank. Every time I come here they are so rude. New Mexico Bank and Trust is sooo much better and treat people with respect and are friendly.

        Friendly staff, terrible banking experience. Deposit over $30k three check clear, and then they cancel our account. BUSH LEAGUE

        Horrible service in drive up! Had to cash a check so funds would not be held. As soon as that transaction was completed. I sent the money back and tried to deposit money to my account and teller refused because I just cashed it. This bank is a joke! Making things extremely inconvenient for members. I will be closing my account. To many issues and I want control of my account and my money at all times!
