        I went into this particular bank to open an account and I can't believe the wonderful customer service that I received. The manager even came out to the lobby to introduce herself to me! This is the most amazing customer service that i have received in a long time! I'm so happy I chose this bank!! Thank you Rosalba, Beatrice, Olga and the kindest guard ever Missy!!

        Slowest branch I've ever been to. Waited over 45 minutes so far for a simple notary signature. PNC is not a bank you want to deal with or have. Worse customer service ever. Definitely don't come to this location if your NOT Hispanic. Unfortunately, if your any other ethnicity then your treated differently. Others have been helped that arrived after me, and I had an appointment. Everyone else besides me spoke Spanish and is darker-completed than me. Only difference I have been able to see is I don't speak Spanish and my last name isn't Hispanic. So that's why I'm assuming it's an racial disparity issue. Corporate, please read your customer's reviews, there is a big issue at this branch location.
