You cannot go wrong with ON THE RISE BALLOON SHOP. They are meticulous, organized & very helpful since day one of planning my daughters baby shower balloon set up. Christmas 2021: This santa/gnome balloon bouquet gift was delivered to me today! So fun and whimsical, and over 6' tall! I'll definitely be ordering in the future now that I know about this great local option for balloons! Christmas 2022: Snowman balloon is about 6' tall and so fun!

Cannot praise "On the Rise" enough. Didn't give Jennifer a lot of notice because of my daughter's crazy doctor hours, and Jennifer not only managed to cobble together a gorgeous ballon garland, but also delivered it (my daughter left her a key to get in), mounted it in the perfect place, and locked things up again, securely. Everyone was impressed by the aesthetic of the garland. Service and execution was impeccable, and Elizabeth is very talented and very accommodating. Thank you for making my daughter's 30th extra-special.

I could not be happier with the experience I had at on the rise! The decorations were not only incredibly cute but reasonably priced and made in a short amount of time! Thank you guys so much for taking my Halloween party to the next level
