I cant say enough good things about Flash Auto! They are dependable, reliable, professional, and they do great work in a timely manner. The staff are great, friendly people who care about their customers. They have been my go to folks for auto and truck repair for the past three years, since my prior mechanic retired. I highly recommend them!

My husband is an ASE certified mechanic but I wont let him work on my car- my car- my responsibility- anyway- he did recommend Flash Automotive. Brendan at the front was amazing and helpful- he explained what was going on- what my car needed and why. I did NOT have my husband w me- I didnt feel like I was being talked down to or mansplained. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO All MY CO - workers and anyone who asks!

My 2000 jeep wrangler could not fixed by a mechanic shop in Valencia County so the shop recommended Flash. From the minute the jeep arrived I was kept informed of the progress and situation. Brandon called me a few times to update me on the problems and costs associated. All the staff are very customer service oriented, I would definitely go back in the event I need any repairs on my vehicles.

Took my truck for front and back brakes. They replaced front and back rotors and pads. Did alignment, spark plugs and wires. I drove out of there and took on Paseo truck was shaking which it had never done that before. Recently took it have brake pads replaced and come to find out that the driver front brakes did not have the screws on the caliper so it was sitting on my pads not attached. I was also told when I took it back that alignment was not possible due to balls in my tires? What does that mean? This was the worst experience I have ever had and on top of that it costed me $1,608.40. I would not refer my worst enemy to this shop. Now reading my invoices looks like they replaced one spark plug and wire but was charge for all of them. Don't you normally get numbers for alignment I see I was charged $130 though. Oh also there was no brake fluid dry as the desert. Thanks Flash Automotive great job. Overcharged for services not rendered.
