I moved cross-country in December, so I had to put getting my car fixed on hold for 6 months. Leroy, Maggie, and the rest of the team took amazing care of me after I moved here. They are as accommodating as possible, communicate well, and he treat their customers with compassion. I was skeptical that my car would ever look brand new again, but I was so wrong! They did a perfect job, and Im so thankful!

They did an absolutely beautiful job on my suv. They made it look so nice you can't tell the vehicle was ever in an accident . I highly recommend this locally owned business. I hope I will not have to use them again but if I ever have to , they will be the only shop I go to. Service: Body & Trim

ABQ collision was great. Leroy really helped me out he saved me $300 compared to whT was estimated. He helped me take care of 2 accidents at once with fast service. Always kept in contact with me and the insurance companies, very happy I went with this place!

Total liars! I set up a appointment 3 weeks ago to fix car.I got a call after they picked up the car and was told it had to much damage. They tried blaming Geico insurance, wanting them to use old parts for repairs! Negative stars for these pendajos! Wait a minute ABQ Collision! Your shop should have asked better questions and then neither of us would have had to endure such an unpleasant experience. The misunderstanding is with the auto body shop (you). The estimate of damages was emailed to your shop, per the shops request prior to scheduling an appt 3 weeks out. Plus, you did not take the time to check if you received Geico's preliminary estimate from us, or read it, or evaluate or inspect the ehicle's damages, nor provide us with a rough guesstimate. But rather importamt worth mentioning to us about your shop's understaffing issues, and your's and Geico's unpleasant business relationship, and indicating the vehicles damages being too much for the shop to handle (for you to fix repairs would take at least 3 mos that we would be without a vehicle.) We are not the body shop nor mechanics. It is ludicrous that you would expect your customers to tell you what all is wrong with the wheel and undercarriage-that's your job! You should have made sure you had the proper paperwork in hand and ask better questions. So, no we will not re-send you the estimate, why now after-the-fact, you already sent the tow truck away with our vehicle attached, probably causing more damage to the wheel and undercarriage on vehicle So you're request for another copy of the estimate, is pointless because you no longer have the vehicle at your disposal. Make it make sense. God Bless you and your company.
