This is simply the VERY BEST hearing place to go to! Ive been hard of hearing for yrs & been to several hearing places throughout Albuquerque & I have never been so delighted and appreciative of all the Albuquerque Hearing & Balance staff!!

I visited both locations and found the staffs were kind, caring, and professional. I purchased a new hearing aid for the first time.. They took the time to get the device set up and explained so an old, non technical man like me could use it in the best way possible. How good is their reputation? I flew there from Atlanta, GA for just this purpose. I was not disappointed. And whats there not to love about being in Albuquerque.

I wish I could give more Stars!!! I've Been a client/patient since 2004. I believe I got very lucky in my choice. Carol and her group are incredible. I've been in customer service and the people of AHB are top flight. It amazes me throughout these past 19 years with the changes in staff the service/care/professionalism never wavers. My hearing issues were child born. I was "young" when I started with AHB now I'm "old". I'm on my 5th set of hearing aids with AHB. My hearing aid needs were demanding in my profession and the skill of the people at AHB allowed me to perform and execute. Everyone likes to think the professionals they go to (doctors, lawyers, dentists, etc...) are the best. Well I can say without a doubt AHB is the BEST!!!! Thank you to Carol and the staff at AHB.
